So if you're under Turbo 300M/500M/800M, you're not covered, it allows them to adjust or downgrade you to the closest plan available if they wish with clause (g) and Section B as you highlighted.

I'm not an ambassador nor a fan. Just giving my opinions. You cannot seem to accept that for some reason. I don't think you can even tell the difference when people here are trying to help or clarify things etc as you immediately think they are promoting TM, even though they are not, which you seem to cannot stand.

I already tried to explain that there are already 500M and 800M packages and prices although they are not publically available to subscribe yet. These are shown in those users bill. Try to have a look and understand from the bills.

You have been posting such claims in this thread which I regard as misleading. It is also borderline lying already. That T&C was changed last year sometime, not early this year as you say. There was also an announcement on their website about it. Go ask users who subscribed from last year sometime and they are already under that new termination clause. I cannot remember exact month, but I guess we could search and try to find out. Point is, its not true that it was done this year or even quietly for that matter.

You are just picking up every point you can and making an issue out of it due to your own misplaced anger. Don't renew under the new termination clause if you don't want to or have alternate options for internet. Its your choice.

Because you're on 30M VDSL and have got no way to upgrade?
Because you didn't get turbo due to infra, which is the responsibility of your building management?

Can't you have a descent conversation with anyone? For a veteran of the internet, you cannot even believe that people can have discussions without having ulterior motives? People here try to share and have discussions. You cannot seem to accept that can happen. You keep calling people TM ambassadors. When you mention about Maxis or Celcom in your posts, do people call you their ambassadors?

You just keep proving that you are so misguided by your own anger towards TM that you refuse to see anything clearly. In the end , its up to you Candy12 to think and believe what you want

Promo Discount increased by RM20 and your internet should also be increased by RM20 so they'll cancel out.

You'll be paying the same price as you were before YEP activation. Unless TM forgets to remove the 100% discount. brows.gif

Anyway, that's what I understand will happen. I'll double confirm with my ambassador program supervisor when I have the chance.

I suspect they will came out other options again early next year might be in February because TM is very itchy mix the prices. TM should done just like maxis, switch automatically that those pay higher to current price. I remember that their 30Mbps package price more higher before they launch new one for RM89. They switched most of their subscribers from their system. But TM is afraid of trying give something happy for their customers.

Yes, TM packages and pricing is not standardized at all. So many variations. But I guess we did get double speed once and then the famous 10X turbo. And there was no renewal of contract during turbo.

Don't think can get anything much better soon. Have you noticed much difference? Normal usage should be the same. Should have no penalty, but check next bill carefully anyway.

If your discount is now RM130, see after YEP is activated whether it changes to RM150 or not. Perpetual means as long as you are subscribe to your package. Not like some where discount is valid for 24 months.

Your previous bill should have something like
RM229 - 130 discount = RM99, then add RM60 = RM159 without tax.

After YEP, if dashboard shows RM150 discount instead of RM130, then next bill should be
RM249 - 150 = RM99, then add RM60 = RM159 without tax.

This is why earlier I said (and most user here already know), that 500M and 800M already has package prices in the RM2xx and RM3xx range.

This is what package full price means. It is different from your total billing price which is less due to discounts.

Those who don't know such info will claim that for example a RM139 300M package price has increased to RM199 now. This is not true. It was RM179 and above previously. RM139 was after discount.

Those who can think rationally should be able to see this easily.

This is remind me to last era Time + astro iptv. A few of subscribers got headache during downtime, when the users make a report; Time support blame astro and astro support blame Time back again. At the end, this era had been vanished. Plus it's hard to terminate it from what i've read in their sessions, so much hanky panky missing to make final termination, if i'm not mistaken. So, for these package not so much interesting. Just want to be bundle like hypptv. I rather pick maxis purely internet with RM99 with unlimited voice plan.

TM using ARPU tactics, but their tactics trapped in their own game. double speed during past government on 2016/2017 and last turboed for unifi on 2018 during present government, streamyx users also got turbo too but depend on subscribers location and infra. Some of them got offer migrate to unifi lite with same price they paid. Then, TM make some bad statements for streamyx users to end up for copper base, so they push again with yellow letter offer from TM to volunteer migrate to unifi. With certain streamyx users that support unifi infra but still not changing to unifi yet. That happen on September last year. On last year also, Time launch their new package 1Gbps after TM launch speed upgrade with making some stupid joke to Time. Time fight back with tango statement too.

I wonder TM be might launch more package for 100Mbps, 500Mbps & 800Mbps with different price and more cheaper on next year, for package 300Mbps price, it with hold for moment. I feel Tm might launch 100Mbps first, then next will be 500Mbps and 800Mbps. I wonder what price TM will put for 100Mbps soon. Might be RM109 / RM119 or could be RM100 with no more 600 minutes talk time. And Time might adjust price for their 100Mbps with more cheaper. lolz.

There is old t&c for first few day in October which stated for current users to maintain, upgrade or downgrade

I applied on 1st october and got new services activated on 8th but email confirmation only arrived on 21st

I applied to maintain my current package which got no free call and only lite jumbo unifi tv for RM139

When new october bill come i saw my new price will be RM199 in january 2020 but got perpetual discount RM90

Before this my discount only RM70 and not perpetual. Fyi my original contract will expire january 2020 and my bill shall be RM179 by then

anyone received calls from 03-58703878 from agent that asked you to upgrade your unifi to pay nothing promotion and extend the contract to 24 months?

Termination procedures:


For termination , you need to give 30 days notice termination and you can put notice in unifi.com.my by log in to unifi portal at unifi.com.my

Within that 14 days from you put notice, you need to clear all the outstanding
12:25 PM
On Day 31-37 owner need to walk in to return the modem
12:25 PM
If you did not return the modem, there will have penalty charges RM 500
12:25 PM
The account will be terminated within day 28-30 automatically
12:25 PM
There will be penalty if terminate within contract

Why so mafan?


Now my pay nothing promotion order is not in their system and their TM CS told me I can't cancel because I have agreed on the phone to let them upgrade (the phone number above which TM claimed it is not from them)
