TM should stop infuriating and provoke their customers by selecting a "handful" of their so called lucky customers and giving them <RM150 800Mbps plan.

Please come out officially and explain to all your customers why are you playing such games with the public.

Else I think these people are just trying to troll the public boasting about their non existent plans to make things worst for TM's marketing.

Are you currently paying for RM179 for 30M? I thought you are on RM139 300M, ie 30M turboed to 300M.

Streamyx used to be RM110 1M, RM120 2M, RM140 4M, RM160 8M.

Unifi was initially RM149 5M, RM199 10M, RM249 20M.

TIME is still cheaper by a little bit.
1000M = RM199

But if you include the upload speed, my TIME subscription is much cheaper but no TV.
Unifi: 1000M - RM159
vs
TIM: 1500M - RM199

I think you should read back earlier versions of this thread from the past 2 years and get the facts right.

There is no "selection" of some users. These were all due to promos and offer and upgrades in the past.

Just like many 300M users are at RM139. But the 300M package is actually now priced at RM199.

The only reason I boast about it here is so that the people who read it at that time can follow suit.

In fact, I would not have gotten the RM10 upgrade if not for someone boasting about it in this forum. I never received the SMS. Then it became my turn to boast about how you can pretend to have received the SMS while calling TM to get the upgrade even if you didn't receive the SMS.

Saw the RM10 upgrade at a roadshow last time. But some can get upgraded without the additional RM10 while some can't although on same plan. Don't know why. Maybe depends on which section the staff click on the management site to surface a certain plan or the age of the account.

At this point I think you're trolling already. LYN is not a TM support forum, and all these people you're talking to are users as well. Some have been lucky with promo upgrades (this is not 'selected', it's right place and right time and quickly taking advantage of promos when TM release them). I myself am on the RM139 for 300Mbps, because I got upgraded from 30Mbps which was on promo some time ago.

As fruitie has said, you just join this year and think you know everything, most of us have been here for years and already familiar with each person. Most here don't even 'like' TM that much, since this thread is primarily meant to complain about TM.

others got cheap packages because non stop complaining to MCMC and TM
and some come out shout only do nothing and demand TM explain..What?

If TM practices fair policy and non prejudism, please make your customer loyalty award plan official for the public to be aware of.
We're seeing so many differences of plans and discrepancies among the public when it comes to plan.

Why some are getting and some are not getting Turboed. How do you address those who didn't get it but have already been with you for years while the lucky ones were given incentives/bonues speed upgrades?

Trying to tell your customers off and using dupe accounts to down talk me, you're just making a fool of your company's image.
