QUOTE(zioburosky13 @ Mar 7 2019, 09:07 PM) EDIT: Come to think of it, has anyone tried to install Productivity software (a.k.a Microsoft Office and other similar software) on Android box and use it for work? It's not Windows though so the experience will suck. It's not just about the keyboard and mouse, your android app functionality is retarded by comparison. Better you run a remote desktop client to a real windows machine. |

QUOTE(Nando's @ Apr 3 2019, 09:28 AM) Is there anyway to test out the LAN cable whether it has maximum speed? What is 'ori' cable? Cables are just speced for a speed, there's no fixed branding for the ones provided. And it's very cheap, so no benefit to contractor to sub out.Just want to prevent contractor provide non-ori cable |

QUOTE(JuneResources @ Jun 27 2019, 02:46 PM) This sort of mentality is why we keep getting the crap MPs we get. Who cares if they doing their actual job (legislation) as long as they give nice open house, donate money to some orphanage, and jaga all the things which local council/private company supposed to handle. |

You should be maintaining current plan. Go to https://unifi.com.my/campaign/paynothing and click on the 'existing users' self-care buttonI scare to change my plan later it become RM199/mth in 2020. QUOTE(JuneResources @ Oct 1 2019, 12:11 PM) Just now want to try Live Chat from TM regarding the #Khabar baik the one PAY NOTHING. My queue number was 36, took about 6-7 minutes to reach my turn. Better you clarify your case, but I have printscreen that the CS told me I will still pay RM139 after January.Look queue 60.. Lol.. I guess need wait half day might reach to my turn. I have 2 accounts, 100mbps RM88/mth and 100mbps RM80/mth.. If renew with PAY NOTHING, will the price revised UP after Dec 2019? Can somebody clarify? Please chat yourself, I'm not revealing my screenshot with my name....Want to upgrade mine as well..and hopes will still pay 139 for 300turbo upgrade for another 2 yrs QUOTE(lkwah86 @ Oct 1 2019, 02:49 PM) CS said 1 Jan 2020 suppose to maintain existing price we have now. Those only say that plan won't change, no black and white on pricing change (or discount), which is why we're asking.https://unifi.com.my/lsds/assets/documents/...6a_27Sept19.pdf FAQ no.12 & 19 for existing customers |

QUOTE(yed @ Oct 2 2019, 10:59 AM) With this mentality, definitely you should not take the offer. This is exactly how people got 'stuck' with the RM249/month bills when everyone was recommending to down it to RM139 for 30 MBps back in the day. |

QUOTE(cba5566 @ Oct 2 2019, 12:58 PM) Everyday you wait is one less day free =pThen again, it's not actually a LOT of money la. RM400+ only depending which plan you're on. Not worth it if you terminate your contract early next time. Reverse way of thinking, save this RM400+ can upgrade your router to a proper mid-range Asus =p |

QUOTE(xCryptik @ Oct 2 2019, 02:47 PM) Oh ya. Just saw the terms and conditions. I guess the only ways to run from unifi ONLY if TIME Agent offer to cover termination fee of unifi when register to TIME. Why not just have two internet connections if you're going to have to pay all remaining months balance? In the event of early termination within the contract, customer will have to pay the remaining months balance as penalty. |

QUOTE(tungfunglaw @ Oct 22 2019, 09:46 AM) I've having the same mentality like you too lol.. Never heard before "bird in hand worth two in a bush"?Went to TM point but being told differently than what i read here. So bawang haha.. hopefully the resistance to commit will payoff in Jan lol There's ZERO reason to believe got any much cheaper/nicer plans coming, except speculation in this thread. Speculation which is based on something very simple. "Wah, give few months free, sure got catch one". Back when they released the RM139 30Mbps plan (24 month promo price) exactly same conversation was going on. At some point you realise... people just naturally suspicious will not want to commit no matter what. |
