Just confirmed with TM sales department with latest updated info from TM.

those with bonanza campaign or YEP campaign without the word perpetual discount paying RM 139++ , when apply to paynothing, contract extend another 24 months, but the price will still follow old contract which means after the old contract ends, the price will revert back to RM 199.

If your account info has the word perpetual discount, your price will follow back the RM 139++ after apply paynothing and extend for 2 years contract. If your bonanza campaign or YEP campaign promo has the word perpetual discount, your price will follow back the RM 139++ after apply paynothing and extend for 2 years contract

If your account has special discount (for example, apply 300 mb but get 150mb problem) you will still get ur old price if your account has the perpetual discount.


Mine info status no perpetual discount, So my price will be RM 199 even i apply paynothing.

Need to Call 100 and go thru sales department, they can check which account entitle the perpetual discount.

I think those area that has time fibre, most probably u will get perpetual discount


Correct me or any latest info?

So what is the answer and conclusion for Bonanza User paying rm 139 per month for 2 years using turbo 300 mbps line upgraded from 30mbps for applying the YEP 2019 PAYNOTHING?

Price maintain RM 139 or will revert back to RM 199 after the bonanza contract expired?

Just called tm 100 line for 5th time ..this time they say all TM user regardless under what contract ..what speed and what monthly price..if apply to Paynothing ....speed and price will remain the same.... Guess tmrow i will call them again... So what is the affirmative answer la??

Just called Tm 100 line ..i think 6th time...today 3 time call.

1st time say can remain promo price..ask me can apply on the spot on phone...told me can even take out unifi tv package to get cheaper price divert me to termination department ..then termination department say cannot..

2nd time i call back..the girl hang up on me after say cannot... She told me everyone package promo is different..Im not entitled . I told her...Bull shit..u dun kelentong me... I told her..when i apply...i apply 2 line straight.....why 1 line can 1 line cannot...same user...then she hung up



3rd time i call back.....say cannot...price wont remain if apply paynothing. Then i say why u all today call say can..tmrow call say cannot...

I feel TM UNIFI gonna look into paynothing YEP case for 300mbps 500 mbps and 800 mbps pricing issue already

really Damn shit and fark..both maxis and TM got PDPA act...

Unifi turbo contract gonna end next month. Today same time both maxis and TM called and offered to extend another 24 months, price pay the same RM 139 not the RM 199/RM 209.

How maxis got the info?

I guess i gonna extend 24 months first to get the RM 139 price for 300mbps speed with RM 30 unifi tv pack then check the TM dashboard, then only appy for the free 3 months paynothing promo
