We're seeing so many differences of plans and discrepancies among the public when it comes to plan.

As has been said before, these different plans and prices have been around for a long long time. It is nothing new. Having been in the industry for so long, you should have known about it.

Even from Streamyx days, for example, there were some users paying RM68/88 for 4M, while most were paying RM140/160. Such has carried over to Unifi these days.

It is just the way TM has done things. We have said before that we wish they could standardize their prices. But it has never happened.

You should spend your time corresponding with TM management about this if you think that you can do something to fix the injustice as you say. Rather than targetting users here and insulting users intelligence etc.

If you are not interested to have rational discussions here, you will soon find most users will ignore you. Users here are generally helpful with info and recommendations etc. There has been replies to your posts, but you seem to ignore most of it. And instead keep ranting that users here are some sort of TM agents.

It is unfair of you to start picking on users here for some reason. You may be unhappy or frustrated about yur Unifi, but there is no need to take it out here. Take it up with TM.

To try to understand you a little, I have looked over your posts in this thread. Initially you mentioned Maxis and Celcom, their prices, their T&C etc. Did others say then that you were working for those companies?

A couple of months ago you seemed to be unhappy with your 30M package speeds. And you say that you can't wait to get out of Unifi. Do you have alternatives you can look at? Or are you tied up by the remaining months contract with Unifi? Is this what is making you unhappy?

Are you on 30M package?
Did you not get turbo?
Did you miss out on it?
Or its a new installation from this year?
Are you in a high-rise and turbo is not supported?
Did you do the YEP?

Please dial it down a little as no one here was attacking you. While you may be frustrated with your own issue, there is no need to try to convince everyone else to have the same feeling.

What exactly do you refer to when you say users are defending TM? Its more that they are trying to make you realise that you may be saying incorrect things here.

Users here share their experiences and problems and give feedback and get recommendations etc etc. There really is no need to take a harsh approach.

Ai yo, like that also need to explain. There're 2 x 800mbps subscription. I only pay for one, the other one I don't pay.

Even @Soonwai doesnt post his plan, most of the user here aware those plan exisit. So what you can do is, gather all the informationa and data including those cheap user account number and viral in internet and facebook, making it become another maxis 2.0

The best is getting soonwai account number to complain.

I can confirm to you Digi and Maxis Internet ambassador do exist. lol. For TM unifi, i believe it exist as well. But I can assure you @Soonwai is not. He is just a user. As for @mylinear, im not sure whether he is.

My god Candy12, even I just stalkers at least I recognized the whole progress and the other members in this thread.

I'll ask you, do you even stalk/read/stumble upon this thread from the earliest Unifi thread (Yes i meant since V1).

If not, you better just let it go. I also lost most of the offer due to non-availability of Unifi in my area. I only recently installed December last year.
