Update: Without changing any settings in my router, thing seems to be back to normal now, strange. Now when I do speedtest using my phone, I'm able to get back 100+ mbps on both dl and ul for now. Hopefully your issue also solve by now.

I download most of my shows now. So I don’t know the issue with streaming. I will check soon. Thanks ya for the update!

Very unlikely, as this is broadband service, there is no SLA.

can i terminate and ask them install at same day after terminate?

I wrote to SKMM/MCMC (the aduan site) , today afternoon TIME called me back regarding that report and explained basically the same shit what livechat pasted to me. TIME explained some underground cable damaged so not their problem. Not gonna compensate. You are paying for monthly subscription and not by pay per use.

I'm not sure want to open back the MCMC case or just forget bout it.

Unless you got SLA agreement like banks etc which cost thousands and thousands, they will not compensate you.

The only way I could think of is have a backup connection.

Is TIME still as reliable as its reputation from the past? Or... at least more stable than Maxis/Unifi nowadays? I've been thinking to sign up...
