I wrote to SKMM/MCMC (the aduan site) , today afternoon TIME called me back regarding that report and explained basically the same shit what livechat pasted to me. TIME explained some underground cable damaged so not their problem. Not gonna compensate. You are paying for monthly subscription and not by pay per use.

I'm not sure want to open back the MCMC case or just forget bout it.

Lost half day pay and plenty of angry phone calls from colleagues and bosses.

KPI affected , might not get bonus end of month. who compensate?
