Hi,

I am using Time provided Dlink router DIR-850L. It is hangs quite few times and it always required to manually reboot the router before the internet is back online. Your technical support has replaced a new router same model but the same issue still occurred.

Do you have any solution?

It is running the latest firmware version provided by your technical team.

The router was just replaced 2 weeks ago.

No. It will not resolved the issue. Mine event change the new router same model, is still the same.
