just now i reload rm60 to my bigpay using credit card.
the reload is failed but the credit card is charged. i check the bigpay balance. no money in.

what can i do?

not-so-good because mastercard contactless is not as widespread as visa paywave.

That means even the terminal accept PayWave doesn't mean it accept Mastercard PayPass?

I thought so as well.

But now I don't think so as even not all cc terminal accept Visa and master, so the contactless feature most likely have to be particular terminal enabled only applicable.

As this is a prepaid card, I do not need to inform if I'm going overseas like other CC right as long there is sufficient fund in my prepaid big pay, am I correct?

Less than 24h, but we'll be implementing soon a procedure that should make document verification close to instantaneous.

Where did you read that? PayWave & PayPass are just technologies that allow the NFC chip to communicated with the terminal. You can pay anywhere where the little network is displayed.

Also guys, we haven't forgotten existing users. Right now, you can either get your card replaced for a fee or wait for a bit until we communicate the roll out plan for everyone

What makes you think that could be possible in such short period of time when MBB takes forever to enable that on their Mastercard?
