Yesterday so called failed topup at 6.40pm and just now 1.30pm i received notification saying topup succesful.

Yes since i made a new topup this morning and on my home screen the new successful top up is from yesterday timestamp.

Straight after waking up and brushing teeth arround 605am, took my mobile and topup BP.

All went through successfully. Each one will lag/hang like 5-7 sec after inserting OTP.

I guess topping up during early morning does help.

iPay88 charge rm1 for authorisation purpose yet, it's not reversed yet.

Just update for first post.
BP is still not accepted in Kuchai Lama Shabu Garden.
Still using some sort of old type Public Bank terminal with unionpay logo as well.

'Transaction declined'

After that i change to MBB BArcelona card, transaction was smooth.
