If using shopee to take money back to casa,why don't just use boost app to top up then transfer back the money to casa,the fee is cheaper then shopee.

my experience this few days top up RM2000 twice all went wrong but my credit card being charged....
again need to call CS to recredit the top up amount into my bigpay...

but for top up RM1500 it is working fine...

No problem at all. I usually freeze and unfreeze even the pending transaction. It will be settle even in frozen mode.

Ah...good to know.. Seems that even though frozen.. It just means it's disabled on our end. but on the server's end, stuff still gets updated.

Yup, I tried using watermarked NRIC copy twice recently and it was rejected each time. I don't know why they are so strict about this since we're also submitting a video selfie together with it. I have no problem submitting watermarked NRIC to Boost.

I'm still on the fence about giving them a clean image of my NRIC. Seems like not many members here have such concerns?

Actually more worried about identity theft and fraud. Nowadays already so common for unscrupulous parties to get a hold of your personal details due to massive data leaks.
