As this is a prepaid card, I do not need to inform if I'm going overseas like other CC right as long there is sufficient fund in my prepaid big pay, am I correct?

the qr code can be used to transfer money to another person but not merchant (if u consider this as ewallet then ok). maybe in the future but as far as i know, no merchants on BP yet.

Can we transfer credit to other BigPay user? I try to search in the app I don't see the function.

My gf would be going overseas for holiday and she don't have any credit card. Thinking of applying BigPay card for her and transfer her credits as the exchange rate is competitive and don't need to bring that much cash around which is safer.

I know max reload using CC is RM10,000 for a month but does that mean I cannot have more than RM10K in BP?

Example I have 3K now in BP, and want to reload another RM10K using CC it will not be accepted as it kept to max RM10K wallet size?

Yea, just chat with them (still in chat) and entitle.

How long normally takes to receive?
(Last time registered > receive only 4 days for me in sarawak)

Let me know how long you take since today you just request. I also the early adopters for the BigPay card but don't have Paywave function.

But I using my BigPay quite frequently so afraid it might affect my usage as they will freeze the card and issue a new card with new numbers.

I know previously there were cases that BigPay account will blocked if detect the same credit card topping up 2 different BigPay account.

With the reduced top up from CC, can I remove the credit card saved from my account and saved it in wife Bigpay and top up. Will that cost both our account to ban?

Anyone realised when you log in BigPay app and you start seeing the notification at the bottom saying "your new card will be printed soon" eventhough your card is still far from expiring/just renewed?

I tapped it, and then it brings me to the Qatar virtual card but then there's no info on if it's being printed or not.
*
Yeah, mine is like 16X days away from expiry so i didn't click in.

bigpay is changing from mastercard to visa for new card. is the forex for visa less desirable than mastercard ?
*
from what i read from this page, seems like mastercard rate is still better hence I not planning to change anytime soon as i plan to travel overseas early next year.

Anyone else received email from Bigpay for those still using Mastercard one that they will automatically convert all Mastercard to Visa one by 3rd Dec?

I reluctant to change as previously informed that Mastercard rate is more competitive but if now they enforce to all I guess i renew now.

one-way street. just renew lor, no other choice anyway

even forced me to renew when got 200+ days expiry to go. i guess they are forcing ppl to initiate replacement soonest possible. since take up (s)low, now they force replacement to Visa.
*
I've been ignoring that message and warning in app for at least 5 months now tongue.gif

but ya I've check for overseas currency based on Mastercard and Visa exchange rate, Visa is higher even I assume the foreign transaction fees is 0%. I guess generally is Visa rate higher.
