BP system is not so stable, for me I'll not use it to pay Taobao.

After 3% charge, not worth. find agent (代付）to paid Taobao, close to xe.com (yesterday agent 16.55), no service charge, more safe.
I had same experience, time out then trx fail, money was deducted, waited almost 2 week for refund by bank.

juz wanna share my experience. 1st time I'm use BP to pay shopee, it is fail TAC din't come then the discount code can't use again,shown redeemed. sakit hati.

Then I found another way. Apply free shipping & discount voucher ~>choose online banking to place order then jump out. Go back to pay~>change payment method then select BP card to pay.
