if i understand her FB video correctly, she told bnm that she would like to open acc at Bank A & B, but, she purposely try on Bank C & D, that's y rejected.

anyway, no doubt that all these r Bigpay mistake, she reserve her right to sue Bigpay for her loss/ reputation from last year till her name fully clear off... but, wonder any lawyer has confident to fight over the case FOC and share the "gain" she will get after winning the case...

Yeah, she tried bank C&D. I think because earlier bank A and B cannot but that was before BNM's statement.

There is already a lawyer engaged and probably will share the gain later. sweat.gif I think can win the case but may drag for a long time.

She should just go to Bank A & B, people were also questioning her about this I think I saw some comments. Anyway, I think this case may eventually resulting to out-of-court settlement.

I assume T&C already stated users waive all their rights to BP before allowing them to use BP service. Not legal expert, but i assume her only chance of winning civil suit is BP hit with criminal charges first.

Probably. But i heard Class Action, in the end, also mostly benefit lawyers. Plaintiffs get a small cut from the loot.

probably someone from their management finally realized that they need to reply customer emails request for termination, else it will put them in a very bad position if someone report to BNM that they totally ignore customer request for acc termination.
hence they send out this template to everyone in bulk.

Want to sell to a "regional" bank for hefty valuation and doing such dogshit action ?
Think twice.
Now most probably valuation down the drain.
The "purchaser“ might halted until all the cloud is clear, then can give lower valuation for AA.
