Can you communicate with spirits of the otherworld?

if yes, are you interested in helping me communicate with a vengeful spirit in one of my apartments? Subject is a middle-aged lady who committed suicide about 12 years ago. Many of my tenants have moved out shortly after one or two months in the apartment because of the ghostly sightings and disturbances.

Tried Taoist monks, Christian preachers, and even Muslim Bomohs, but nothing quite seem to work.

Additional info:
-The subject committed suicide due to high amount of debts owed to loan sharks.
-Glass items will crack randomly, even tempered glass doors.
-Metal pillars have also shown to crack, usually within hours or days after repair or installation.
-The unit used to have tiles, but they all cracked too quickly, so I replaced them with wood, no problem after that.
-I have personally never stayed in the unit myself, so I have never seen her. But many of my tenants have, and were able to recount vivid experiences of their encounter. One or two, I can still dismiss, but nine out of ten of my tenants moved out because of paranormal disturbances.

I can't stay away from this when the spirit is causing me to lose money every month.

What are spot they like to dwell upon in a house or they like to move about? What common places you see them in large numbers, e.g. cemetery, mortuary, hospital, abandon buildings?

Not sure u serious or not bcoz if u no mental problem it means god is exist in this world as well. Few questions to ask.

1) what they normally doing? Many people burning things for them can they really receive? Like cars, maid, house n etc.

But since u not staying there and never encounter the ghost urself, then very hard to verify leh. Maybe u try install few cctv in the house 1st. See is it the cctv will auto spoilt? And can record the things got cracked. Btw got people committed suicide b4 why u still buy? Bcoz cheap or u duno at first?

Since child i watching ghost stuffs and listen to uncountable of ghost things. Jus that no see before. So i can feel whether u are real or not. No hard feeling. Jus telling how i feel. Why must ghosts always looks scary? Why they can't look pleasant? And how come certain culture/belief will see different types of ghost? Eg. Pontianak for malays, dress in white with long hair, then chinese will see different types, etc.

I bought it because its very much under market value, thought I can flip it around or just rent it out for passive income. The things that cracked usually happened during maintenance period, so the house is unoccupied until someone rents it from me. I have used the contractor for many years, he is very reliable. I don't doubt his workmanship at all. Usually house with CCTV installed very hard to rent out because tenant scared you are spying on them.
