Can you communicate with spirits of the otherworld?

if yes, are you interested in helping me communicate with a vengeful spirit in one of my apartments? Subject is a middle-aged lady who committed suicide about 12 years ago. Many of my tenants have moved out shortly after one or two months in the apartment because of the ghostly sightings and disturbances.

Tried Taoist monks, Christian preachers, and even Muslim Bomohs, but nothing quite seem to work.

Additional info:
-The subject committed suicide due to high amount of debts owed to loan sharks.
-Glass items will crack randomly, even tempered glass doors.
-Metal pillars have also shown to crack, usually within hours or days after repair or installation.
-The unit used to have tiles, but they all cracked too quickly, so I replaced them with wood, no problem after that.
-I have personally never stayed in the unit myself, so I have never seen her. But many of my tenants have, and were able to recount vivid experiences of their encounter. One or two, I can still dismiss, but nine out of ten of my tenants moved out because of paranormal disturbances.

Did you go for full medical check up whole body especially the brain? And consult professional psychiatrist? I am sure you did not. Please go for it soon! I am being serious bro..

never check and consult Psychiatrist how u know the results? I know many people cannot accept and wont go for Psychiatric consultation.

what the heck is happening... why is there fighting... also to clarify it's rare for me to see spirits of animals. I've only seen dogs, and that only about 4 times. even then I cannot determine If it's a shape shifter or if it's really a spirit of a dog. humans are plenty. I concluded that humans are the most unstable emotionally. so they somehow get stuck here after death...
