you mean human spirits? their skin are usually pale or bluish and most are kind of lifeless.. just wandering around or keep repeating a particular set of activities. usually things they did before they die. or they usually follow their loved ones.. just tagging along from behind.
They are repeating the same activities because they aren't aware of they are dead(from what i've heard).
1: Is it true that you could talk to them in ur heart? Because i've heard in the spirit world, spirits talk to each other without opening their mouth, they'll know what you want to say before you even open your mouth.
2: Aren't you curious of what are their plans? Like i'm sure they aren't gonna lurk around forever, how long are they going to lurk around before move on to next life?
3: Do u have any privacy doing your own things like masturbating? Or having sex if you're married?

I did lots of research, and tried lots of time(stopped now), only able to get to the shaking part, it's quite tiring trying to OBE. If understand Cantonese i've got a few video can share to you.
Why do these things want others to die? Oh yea, do these beings hunt each other for food? Or they don't need anything to sustain themself?

Spirits do not get hungry, they are purely energy therefore they do not need to eat, why we human get hungry is because our body needs food, not our soul.
