they come in many shapes and sizes. some are like serpents crawling, some have four legs running on the streets, some are really tall two legged, red skin, etc.. many are scary. some look like scary animals with extra limbs,etc.. these are different from human spirits who still look like humans.

If it true that you could see this being, what makes your eye so special than mine? is it some genetic build that makes you can see it or more like "Power" term? If it is more like a "Power" hence why it probably can be transferred to another person. If this "Power" is really exist, which mean there is many other "Powers" in this world that you can obtain it is just you didn't not know that it exist or how to obtain it. Like in your previous post, you do believe that there is high level of "Eye Powers" which can see more higher level being. This also means that "Powers" can be increased or level it. Like your Uncle said that he could make someone sees it, that is a method to give powers or probably increase a normal person eye power level 0 to level 1, use the same technique again on you probably can increase your eye power. Who know you could unlock very powerful eye like see the future, see through walls, see heaven or earth or etc.
