wow. got questions.

1) for some people, is it true that during certain month of a year based on their calendar, there is no ghost?

2) and for some other people, is it true that during certain month of a year based on thier calendar, there will be more ghosts?

what if the month in 1) and 2) happens to be the same month in our normal western calendar? isn't it clashing?
