I don't believe in ghost or god,but i respect your belief.
I have a friend claim that he can see ghost too,but i just think he's just bullshitting.
last time he keep bragging he see ghost,always try to scare us.Then now suddenly never talk about it liao...
However i have some weird question and some may offensive hope you dont take it too seriously.

Is your mental health normal? I believe some people may hallucinate even without drugs.I took LSD/Shroom before,i hallucinate ghost/demon/angel/god/people etc etc,some good some bad.Like you said,you can literally feel like they touch of pushing you. Some people believe in spirit,some just believe its just the brain,its really a grey area,no right or wrong.
