QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 20 2017, 05:08 PM) Pay with AmEx on weekends, you can get 5% cash back. other maybank credit card can entitle for 5% cash back paid on weekend? or only AmEx?Yes, I'm using Digi Infinite 150 in my PJ house. In term of stability and consistency, UniFi wins hands down. Of course, in term of portability, Digi Infinite will win. I appreciate portability more, so there is give and take. I can still get 80Mbps consistently with my Digi though. thanks ... |

Hi guys.. i lodge a complain to tm regarding my fluctuating speed.. most prob they will br sending over their technician... i tested my connection using varjous speedtest... my speed always start with good result at 50mbpa but slowly drop to abou 15 mbps.. the thing is in order to see this type of gradual speed drop, i can only use testmy.net which allow me to use a bigger file size to test my speed. Ookla doesnt allow me to choose the file size for testing. Just wondering will tm accept the testing from testmy.net as it is using a singapore server as cimpared to ookla which can use malaysia server

QUOTE(Aniery @ Oct 20 2017, 07:37 PM) hi i need to ask.. i got the same idea as you, after i check with them, i need go to tm point to apply it.currently im a unifi 50mpbs service subscriber paying rm 249/mo. My contract should have ended based on what i see from my account login on their website. I'd like to downgrade my plan now to just use Unifi Lite 10mbps because i dont see a need for 50mbps speed anymore. Do I need to go unifi to cancel existing subsciption first before reapplying new package? Or i can just downgrade it straight away through phone call? If i need to terminate current service first , Is there anything that i need to return? the modem and router is it? Thanks not only that, i cant just apply the unifi lite, i need to cancel my existing unifi only can apply the unifi lite thus there is no guarantee u still can get the unifi port after u cancel and reapply the unifi lite 10mbps. another thing is i ask about the free upgrade from 30mbps to 50mbps, from jan they told me need wait til sept, sept they told me need wait for another 8months, is just like forever besok lusa never get the upgrade. |

QUOTE(fkinmeng @ Oct 21 2017, 06:17 PM) Last year before budget announcement for unifi speed upgrade, they already start upgrade vip 5 to vip 10. that is due those who have having good payment record then free upgradeGood that they are so "efficient", no? after that even those not having good payment, as long as using VIP 5, 10, 20, etc .... upgrade to faster speed for 1 stage like from VIP 5 > 10, 10 > 20, etc ... |

Speed when technician came around 10am is always good. In fact after reboot of router always get near 100mbps. However, from 8-10pm very bad. Sometime 2-3mbps. I gave up an tplink 1200 they gave and now using my old d850 (at least usable most of the time) |
