I just install unifi rm129 last weekend.

There will be a different bill for streamyx and unifi, right?

My streamyx lastest bill RM-2.30, meaning there should be a refund to me? how to claim the refund?

I log in unfi to view my bill...why I cannot open view and download my bill? I click on the button but it doesn't run at all. For my 1st unifi bill I can see they bill me RM169.55...wonder why?

Pro-rated from existing month and full month for next month. UniFi is pay first and use later.

u need to double check your account with tm. the CS said they will auto terminated, when i check my streamyx acc still active and i went to tmpoint to close the account. but my unifi using new number. so maybe different type of cases.

Had to make a report for a new router because they didn't give, I've got AC88U and it died a couple mouths back so I have to use back my old RT-N12 that I bought in 2013 for my VIP5 plan, can't fulfill my speed at long range. That also they didn't attend so I have to make a second report for them to come again. doh.gif Probably use this router from tm temporary until I get a new router again. cry.gif

need help .. I used to have a USB harddrive connected to the old router(D-Link 850L) to stream contents to multiple computer and smartphone. But recently my unifi router been replaced with Netis DL4480V, and i cannot find a way to access the USB Drive that connected to this new router. I able to enable the FTP, but I wanted to set as a network drive. Any Sifu can share or advise?

unifi line at that time is always bad, ...most of the time getting 5mbps or less. With so many devices in the house its really not good.
Using tplink, we got disconnected most of the time during 8-10pm. Very sakit hati. Using own d850, alhough line slow(8-10) but no one is diconnected, and to browse or youtube still ok but no hd or 4k content.

My conclusion - unifi line bad at time 8-10pm. Router, tplink 1200 not good enough for us, and with bad line we keep getting disconnected.

unifi doesnt exactly uses "modem", its a STB proprietary to TM themselves, cant get them outside stores i suppose, finding a 2nd hand might be possible though

router wise, they "normally" provice TP-Link
