Still not receiving my upgrade frm 50mbps to 100mbps. Any idea?

Hi... I saw the TM contractor connect a yellow cable to the box and do something at bottom, is it they are doing the interenet testing/tuning? On this step, is it mean the service will available very soon or might still need to do this steps for few times?

On 14/8, the contractor told me will available after 1 month, on 16/9, they told me will available in 2-3 weeks, now already 2 months since first month, but no any update yet. They jz fit the white box on the pole on last 2 saturday...

Tot the service will ready available very soon in 1 month time, but actually no. sad.gif

TM now very efficient. Bill due Oct 19, morning of Oct 20 suspended. Lucky got WAN2. Paid at 1205, let's see how fast they reinstate.

1250 Amount due updated to RM0 line still suspended.
1430 Reactivated

Ya, the contractor keep giving me the false hope. But at least TM gave me a hope to get Unifi earlier, on February they asked me to check again on next year after their proposal submission on Feb to their 'committee'... Jz hope that I can subscribe to Unifi b4 end of this year... biggrin.gif

I normally 2 months dun pay. Been like that for the past 6 months at least. Oct 15 I paid one month so left current month due Oct 19. Today Oct 20 suspend. So I guess they definitely tightened already. Maybe because I chase them for 30-50 upgrade. Now they want their money. smile.gif

Credit limit is not for you to owe. It is for you to spend, that means if you have RM 800 limit, you can spend for RM 800. Not that you can accumulate your bill to RM 800 without paying.
