In conclusion, don't owe any payment. End up you are losing more. smile.gif

Pay with AmEx on weekends, you can get 5% cash back. biggrin.gif That is what I'm doing with my UniFi account.
Yes, I'm using Digi Infinite 150 in my PJ house.

In term of stability and consistency, UniFi wins hands down. Of course, in term of portability, Digi Infinite will win.

I appreciate portability more, so there is give and take. I can still get 80Mbps consistently with my Digi though.

Yeah, RM10 for reconnection. Dammit. I'm gonna suspend my line for 3 months and make them lose some money. Just need some supporting documents for my "trip overseas".

hi i need to ask..

currently im a unifi 50mpbs service subscriber paying rm 249/mo. My contract should have ended based on what i see from my account login on their website.

I'd like to downgrade my plan now to just use Unifi Lite 10mbps because i dont see a need for 50mbps speed anymore. Do I need to go unifi to cancel existing subsciption first before reapplying new package? Or i can just downgrade it straight away through phone call?

If i need to terminate current service first , Is there anything that i need to return? the modem and router is it?

Thanks

Abusing or not, I don't know la. I let Admin see and they have acted anyway. Actions will be taken against untrue reports. smile.gif

Anyway, last I heard from ny colleague who cancelled her line for TIME, she wasn't required to return anything though she brought all to TM Point and she still insisted to give back. biggrin.gif

When i cancelled my unifi in August, i also brought along the btu to TM point to return, but the representative told me to keep the btu no need to return, if i receive the sms regarding the return of devices just ignore it. Now i still have the btu with me.
