nah bro, thanks. I'm just tryin to get stronger, without the size thing. It's expensive wei to change my wardrobe. That time I was at 180, my clothes damn tight. Pants also tight. So I slowly cut ....okay, this is the best part...

I was stuck at a 205LBS bench at 160LBS......then when I went to 180, i snagged a 230LBS bench.....then now that i'm back at 160-165LBS....I can still hit a 230LBS bench! I kinda broke my plateau, just by increasing my weight and the strength stayed. Great!!


also supps....i got mine directly from US, from a friend that comes back every 3 months. 10LBS, lasts about 3 months, he balik, ngam ngam habis. so.....hehehe, tak beli from ego.

I usually train thrice a week. However, been slackin the past 2 months....recently start workin out properly again, incorporating a lot of olympic lifts and deadlifts and squats, as well as partials and lockouts to increase my strength and better my technique. Been doing a lot of dynamic work, very very explosive but tiring.

btw, i don't train for the physique anymore.....i'm training for strength, so my goals are entirely differently and so are my training methods.

and i STILL don't watch my diet tongue.gif

my swimming friend said my chest are growing ok
but i doubt it cuz i swim mainly by doing freestyles and i still suck at butterfly

do u do pullups? what about cable lat pulldowns? i think they're great for lat building.. and IMO the pic u took after is not a very good judge.. cuz it looks closer then the before pic.. so unless my mind is playing tricks on me, arms definitely look bigger.. grats! thumbup.gif

taken from the same camera from the same position...just sitting a lil lower i think..i cant agree more..cant seem to get my lats up...been doing 100kg lat pull downs..dumbell rows..=.= but still trying...i might wanna squeze in 2 times a week of back..see how things go...and king...the 2nd picture was just taken today..like 5 mins before i post it up..lol

wah... 100kg is really impressive man.. how bout taking a side pic? would be interested to see ur thickness..

and just to clarify.. could the 100 u see on the cables happen to be lbs but u just don't know it? or are u that freaking strong.. cuz as far as my noobie research and experience goes.. if u can lat pulldown 100kg, u're a huge MOFO in my books.. how heavy do you weight?

i know it its 100kg cause its australia..everything here is measured in kilos and if its 100lbs it would be very easy for me..cause i weight around 86 kg..mayb more now...
