i think ur arms are pretty strong.. last time i shook ur hand in anabolic i could feel a firm and sturdy grip.. easily benching 80-100kg i think.. well.. i'm only commenting on ur strength.. haha!! but i think u need to eat more.. need more size.. biggrin.gif

it sickens me to know that u lift what u lift at ur weight.. and damn ur torso is so long.. haha!! i can only imagine what a strong core u have.. i GOTTA meet u in person someday..

do u do pullups? what about cable lat pulldowns? i think they're great for lat building.. and IMO the pic u took after is not a very good judge.. cuz it looks closer then the before pic.. so unless my mind is playing tricks on me, arms definitely look bigger.. grats! thumbup.gif

wtf!! 100 kg lat pull downs!?!!? on what? cable machines!?!?! i'm flaberghasted if u're able to do that.. and does the machine has so much weight on it?

wah... 100kg is really impressive man.. how bout taking a side pic? would be interested to see ur thickness..

and just to clarify.. could the 100 u see on the cables happen to be lbs but u just don't know it? or are u that freaking strong.. cuz as far as my noobie research and experience goes.. if u can lat pulldown 100kg, u're a huge MOFO in my books.. how heavy do you weight?
