You have pretty decent size but your avatar and current back (rear lat spread) pic does not tally with the other 2 pics. It looks widened.

Take a vid of you doing a rear lat spread. That will be more than enough proof. If you have lats that wide as in your avatar, those lats would also be obvious in the front en route and arms en route pics.

And you don't need a program to lighten up pics, all you need is light. Turn on the switch.

Meh... sad.gif I've got this disorder called bigorexia. I'm always thinking i'm not huge enough. Trying to get big naturally and with minimal fat gain without steroids is so hard i tell ya. I've got this bunch of Canadian and American bodybuilders who compete helping me out with trainign and diet, then few fellas from the Navy, etc. We've got a special chat channel on AIM. So i try getting all the help i can.

But yeah, i'm still an opinionated a$$hole la.

No. I get very pissed off if i don't make a PR. And as long as i have a 4 pack and i'm still gaining size, I'm happy. I just want to hit 3 big 20kg plates per side on the bench press. I made the mistake of dirty bulking way too far. I lost 7 kg, and my 4 packs are just gettign visible. That's how much fat i've packed on, but as you can see, the cutting's going on fine. I'm still cruising on a 125 kg bench press PR till i finish the cut. It's pretty hard to keep gaining strength when on a caloric deficit. It's possible, but i don't want to push it.

I'm convinced. Wide lats. Very nice! But how come the rest of your bodyparts aren't up to par with your lats? Are you genetically gifted there or what? You focus a lot on pull ups or?

To tell you the truth, believe it or not, my lats and biceps are my weakest bodyparts. My strong parts are my chest, shoulders, triceps and quads.

Lol.... I'm trying to get my total big 3 poundages to 1500lbs.
So far it's bench 275, squats 325 and deadlifts 505.

Pull ups have always been a weakness for me. I weight 92.5 kg, but i can only tie a weight of 20 kgs to my body and pull for 5 reps.

One armed rows i've not done in a long time but the last time i stopped was at 120 lbs per hand, i got bored so i wanted to switch things up a bit. My grip is a bad factor here due to double wrist fractures at 16 while rollerblading, therefore straps are a must.

One thing you gotta realize that genetics play a huge role here. It could be you might be the opposite of me in that department. You have strong bodyparts where i'm lacking and i have bodyparts which are strong where you're lacking. That's why pretty few people can compete and even fewer make it to the pro ranks, we're talking about crazy mofos like Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman whose genetics are PERFECT.

Lol... the 2 of you. So what if that's some serious weight? As my post above, we're talking about genetics here. And i lift what i say i lift, because i have vids of me military pressing, benching, deadlifting etc, but for all the strength i have, i've got no damn BICEPS. No peak, nothing. And i'm talking about me barbell curling 50 kgs for 3 reps (and yes, i do high rep curling too, i just tried doing it for fun to see how much i can curl). I've done it all, you name it, preacher curls, concentrations, Scott, hammer, spider curls, whatever, my peaks don't come up, period. sad.gif 17 inch bloody arms but mostly tricep. Terry Gallyot told me if you don't have a peak, you don't have a peak. Sigh... it was hard even bringing my lats up like this, but i've never had probs with chest and quads.

Bloody hell, i was so pissed off when Ronnie lost. I know some bb.com members actually cried. Lol! Jay looks liek a damn fridge alright? Too blocky.

Ronnie is the man, but i gotta admit his injuries were glaringly obvious to get away with it. His left tri and right lat.

Hammer curls, yeah to bring up the brachs to give illusion of a peak right? Tried them, didn't do jackshit for me. I'm thinking of doing weighted jerk offs if all else fails.

No, 17 inches. That's it. I'd be lying if i said it's bigger than that. It's almost impossible to get even 18 inches if a person's a natural trainee and small boned like me. I don't have gifted genetics.

And no, still in cutting phase and maintaining 17 inches, just measured. And strength levels still going up, albeit a lil' slower. You do know i'm in cutting phase right? I've already mentioned it to the regs some time back. Started 2 months ago. I lost 7 kgs already, from 98 to 91, but fluctuating between 91 to 92.5

I went on a really, really slow cut. I'm not taking chances losing mass. Well, i won't see the weighing scale, i'd say the mirror is the best way to telling progress. When i start looking too tiny, then i'll stop cutting. I need to get rid of the lower ab flab. It's disgusting.
