Ya,his arms strenght is pretty strong. Shook hand with him before when purchasing supplement. Ouch, pain...my wrist injured. laugh.gif Not sure it's purposely and naturally.

LOL...Sometimes i shake girls hands a bit too hard as well..they complain.When i'm sitting down and watching my sitcoms or tv series i always have a gripper in my hand or a 30lbs dumbell to curl.

Heh... i can do almost the whole stack if my tris where fresh. That was done after chest sets plus 4 sets skullcrushers and this was my second set at the pressdowns. user posted image

Going heavy and very high reps are fun but extremely taxing. I'm still feeling the systemic fatigue till now.

thanks for the comments guys.........but....my weights...still...the same. I'm still 72-73KG's. Fluctuates.
I'll get some "after gym" pics.

started to incorporate more push ups, pull-ups, single legged squats, olympic movements, lockouts, to get stronger.

I'm 72 and i look thicker than you.You must be reallly tall cuz you look really lean at that weight.!.But then again, I'm only 5ft 7 and a half inches.
