This my progress after some decent workout
PS: My goals is cutting fat xD , not bulking :S

Just because of the pain , i cant do well in shoulder training activity (left arm)..
Any idea ?

Guys , when i squeeze my shoulder like this ..i feel very sore and pain at my left back shoulder..

Starting by skipping rope at my own room , lifting dumbbell thingy and sometimes jogging .. Thanks to my friends that give me motivation . After keep repeating this cycle, i found myself getting slimmer from day to day .. I feel more and more motivated !! I keep doing it , and i hope to lose all those excess fat on my body . So , my weight keep going down like rocket ... And i found myself really change a lot . So i plan to confess with the girl , and have my confident . At last , i found out she has a bf already ..and so sorry . That make me down , feeling everything that i do is pointless..no more light to me. Well , whatever.. I try to avoid her as much as possible , but i cant. For now , i completely lose my feelings toward her . Now she is my classmate , and my good friend lol . I start on calorie deficit and understand those calorie thingy , i become a label reader too . I start to hit gym , and i love the things i get . I look more and more lean from time to time , and i can see those fat goes off of me .. I love it . Sweat and hardwork is what i pay , Fitness and strength is my rewards . I really learn a lot from this forum , and i get my motivation here always . Now i workout for myself , and to stay healthy too . Sorry if i've spammed this thread , but that is my confession. I've change a lot today , my lifestyle totally change and i love it . I wish to have big forearm like Stallone in Rambo 4 .. Personally I feel big and defined forearm symbolize strength , security and whatever fit in.
