Hey free_enuf,

It looks like your b4 pics already shows some good mass. I'm sceptical when u said u started with a weight of 50kg.... What's your height again?

You could try munching a little bit but frequently. Then it shouldn't make you feel full so easily.

I suggest you cut out egg yolks from your diet if you wanna reduce the tummy size. Or limit it to only 1 yolk max per day.

To me it did...once I reduced it my tummy size went down too....all other factors remaining the same..

Since when is egg protein powder cheaper than whey protein? I'd take whey protein if I can la dude....
