Ya, I tend to focus more on chest. Cause I can't even do 1 pull up! lol
How long for muscles to recover? Is 3 days good enough?

Whenever I do bench press, if maximum weight, I'll lose my hearing for a while. Is this normal? I think it's due to the pressure...
If I can recover in one day, can I continue the next day?

u hold ur breath when pressing up the barbell? does ur face turn info red?
although sometime i have similar experience, i don't think this is normal and i consider the weight is too heavy for me.

yes... with condition either
i) different body parts, or
ii) very low weight with very high reps for active recovery

if u do max weight memang normal la. its becuz u r not breathing. but there's a breathing technique that causes that, helped my DL and squat miraculously so its not wrong

I exhale upon extending, inhale when letting down. Is this the correct method?

Care to explain "ii) very low weight with very high reps for active recovery" cause I kinda thought of repeating what I did the day before.

BTW, my back seems to be naturally bended to the front forming a "C" shape cause I'm hunchback(fast bone growth but not enough space to grow lol) So I can't really squat with my back straight(that's what my friend said) but for me I feel is straight, any idea?
