dude even though its called rock climbing, besides strength whats important is flexibility
i saw fatasses way fatter than u in aussie climbed the ayers and all sorts of vertical limits
i think i can qualify cuz im improving on poundages but my grip SUCKS like hell

besides the gripper, what else in the gym can help me with my sucky grips?
i hate it when i have enough strength to carry an extra 5-10 more pounds but my palms macam terbakar...a sign of bad gripping
what more now my cyst ok a bit after aspiration...yay

sorry to deviate from main topic

just sharing a vid related to 'rock climbing'

i'm sure u most of y'all heard of park-our

(park-or) an urban activity where a traceur completes a 'run', overcoming obstacles on the route with a variety of gymnastic and acrobatic moves including elements such as jumps, vaults, and wall runs

you can do exercise at home. finger push ups/one hand finger push ups, chin ups/wide chin ups and hand grips. these are the most effective workouts for wall climbers. don't forget the usual workout for legs as well; stationary bicycle at home or speed and hill mountain biking.

My first time posting in this thread. This was me before my bulking period where i weighed 66 kg... i do go to gym then but was more into fitness and cause play futsal but still wanna achieve a lean body which didn't work in my favour of building mass and at the same time toning up... so i decided to really grow... right now food is mt best friend.

I wanna a body which suits my height, lean and thick at 75kg... I don't know how long my period of bulk is gonna be..

hey nice progress there man. especially in overall thickness. why not doing 3 times a week?

i dont get the part u say when look back before u bulk u look like ah moi, after seeing progress u damn happy until cry? lol

what kind of exercises u do twice a week?

ya la i was like so so with my gyming before the bulk up.. only fitness.. after i compare to my current photos... i look so small before.... btw.... 4 times a weeks is perfect for me... i see awesome changes following this programe of mine... so wanna just follow it... before this not much progress... people say you'll learn your body well trough out gyming... i've learnt what's best for my body... the amount of rest i need to push heavy...

Mine's even more fascinating.. been hitting the gym hard for like a good 6 weeks already..what previously used to be a 3 times a week thingy has now become a 5 times a week kinda thing..(mmu gym-2 words-fulla shit....) previously i'd been working my arse off and doing reps to failure for as many workouts as possible.. u name it... benchpresses...bicep curls..lat pulldowns..barbell shrugs..dumbell shrugs..ab crunches..leg crunches..leg extensions ...reps to failure for as many workouts as possible... mass dropped from bout 87kilo's to74 kilo's.. yep..that'be 28.6 lbs... just recently i got me a tub of ON whey protein and i tok the usual.. 2scoops a day... my weight went up to 79KILO'S !!! Will ya believe that... i look like a phat phat boy..(even at 186cm..)


Bottom line..

Guy's.. i'm confused as hell.. weight has plumented..i've yet to start any compound exercises... what would u guys recommend...? darkie would probably suggest that i begin doin squats and deadlifts..(they work larger muscle groups right..?) i'm kinda confused right now..

BTW.. i'm not a heavy eater and i sure as hell ain't a fan of carbs..i barely take 2 meals a day and even then.. i focus on em proteins..
