sorry to deviate from main topic

just sharing a vid related to 'rock climbing'

i'm sure u most of y'all heard of park-our

(park-or) an urban activity where a traceur completes a 'run', overcoming obstacles on the route with a variety of gymnastic and acrobatic moves including elements such as jumps, vaults, and wall runs

warning vid is 8+min long but definitely worth the wait smile.gif

another warning... please do not try this without proper supervision.. infact do not try this at all!
