sorry to deviate from main topic
just sharing a vid related to 'rock climbing' i'm sure u most of y'all heard of park-our (park-or) an urban activity where a traceur completes a 'run', overcoming obstacles on the route with a variety of gymnastic and acrobatic moves including elements such as jumps, vaults, and wall runs warning vid is 8+min long but definitely worth the wait another warning... please do not try this without proper supervision.. infact do not try this at all! hmm 1st time using the youtube link.. is it working?.. anyways enjoy here's the link just in case http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TmMmSu6gews |
