Mine's even more fascinating.. been hitting the gym hard for like a good 6 weeks already..what previously used to be a 3 times a week thingy has now become a 5 times a week kinda thing..(mmu gym-2 words-fulla shit....) previously i'd been working my arse off and doing reps to failure for as many workouts as possible.. u name it... benchpresses...bicep curls..lat pulldowns..barbell shrugs..dumbell shrugs..ab crunches..leg crunches..leg extensions ...reps to failure for as many workouts as possible... mass dropped from bout 87kilo's to74 kilo's.. yep..that'be 28.6 lbs... just recently i got me a tub of ON whey protein and i tok the usual.. 2scoops a day... my weight went up to 79KILO'S !!! Will ya believe that... i look like a phat phat boy..(even at 186cm..)
Bottom line..
Guy's.. i'm confused as hell.. weight has plumented..i've yet to start any compound exercises... what would u guys recommend...? darkie would probably suggest that i begin doin squats and deadlifts..(they work larger muscle groups right..?) i'm kinda confused right now..
BTW.. i'm not a heavy eater and i sure as hell ain't a fan of carbs..i barely take 2 meals a day and even then.. i focus on em proteins..
