Im okay with the chat function, just that i dont like how the customer service is crap. First tell me can do flexipay to offset AF then when i asked how to do it, they said im not eligible, then another person called and said its balance transfer. I said i want to proceed with cancellation she said after i clear to give back the same number that she called from to cancel which i did after like ten minutes apart, but the number cant be connected at all. So all this misinformation is just really bad for the bank....its like not one single person can get their facts right...

I cancelled my SCB Journey on 19th July with RM 25 (SST) as balance. On 21st July, it was zerolized and now my balance is 0. However, the card is still visible and I still can login to SCB app. Next month my AF will be charged and let's see if it will appear as my card should be cancelled by now...
I will chat with the CS again next month if I still see the card visible.
So far, no calls from anyone to retain. I guess SCB will not retain its customers anymore.

Oh wow, didn’t expect it but at this hour I just received a notification that my Journey card has been removed from my Apple Pay. Logged into the app and the card has been removed too. That’s the end of SCB journey for me after 12 years.

This is how CC earn the money from CC other than merchant charge 1% to 2 %. So never late for payment and it will also affected your ccris and CTOS rating......

You shall fill complaint to them. If not mistaken happened to me before that I accidentally missed out n late pay. I filled complaint to them that they calculate wrongly. End up the customer service raise the issue for me and SCB waived all interests to me since it is first time to me. I have cleared my outstanding and cancelled my card.
I can't cancel my card if there's outstanding.... Then a month later, I recieved and sms saying I have outstanding!
Now I can't access my apps (forgot password and can't recover it), and the bloody hotline is useless in helping me to seek clarification. Really OMG! What happened to this bank....

I send secure mail asking if they can provide annual fee waiver but they say not sure, only when annual fee charged then can request.
But should be no problem if the annual fee charge on that particular month before the statement date, i cancel and they will waive the annual fee right? Provided i paid the statement balance.
They say will see my card usage profile. I had been using the card for like 10k per month leh. Suppose they shud give me annual fee waiver lol.

Dial in under lost card and tell u couldn't get a cs for your case.. I tried and they layan my call
