standard chartered just one platinum cashback reload ewallet can utilize?

Wanna check out, why im getting no cashback for any of my transaction for my simply cash credit card? I did topup ewallet make online purchases buy petrol etc..

Yeah, my retail spending is 3k+. But even no hit also get 0.5%.. problem is nothing. This SC hotline cannot call one.. no option to speak to agent.. no live chat also.. wat the heck

Actually i did it on the first week of my statement refresh on sept, which is on the 8th of every month. The cashback will show at statement date? Or need wait abit?

Like tat i shall check again later. Cos for 360 point very fast in.

I tried login this morning ok, the suddenly 9am become problem.. the error page say u have register sc mobile on other device. Sound like very dangerous wei.. i think tuesday only call then reset get temp pin. The CS said is becos update to ios 7.1.1 punya issue, but today also like that but no iOS update.. shit like tat everytime need to call and wait for temp pin is fking crazy this SC app.

Summore u login website need sc mobile app approve lagik.. how to do transaction if everyday the app reset i feel is their app problem than phone problem.

i think they are getting lots of call due to ios7.1.1 update the SC mobile app need to refresh hence the temp pin need do again.

i have updated it for quite some time, but just this week got this issue. but the CS said the new update i think released on wed fix it already.

bank reject without reason because it is the other dept to review and approve. that dept only tell the credit card team reject or approve only, and even branch manager also wont have access to why they reject u or not.

Simply cash cash back seems slow lol. Altho a few days wont hurt la, just few ringgits only

hi guys, i redeem touch n go ewallet pin rm50 pin, but until now they not yet send out. i tried use the service menu to contact them but no avail. they already deduct my points and already more than 10days still waiting.

The annual fee will show in statement right? My justone visa platinum macam no annual fee since they give me when i apply loan

Problem now email no give estatement, very toublesome la wan to go app and see. Why they dont straight email the statement easier to track in email.

anyone know SCB credit card grace period for settlement of the credit card after statement date?

guys, wanna ask if the shop eligible for sc bank easy payment, but i swipe single transaction then later call bank for convert, is it still 0% or will be diff rate?
