How to get hold of CS to ask for waiver? I read ppl said press 1 for emergency then will have human talk to us.

I'm cancelling my SC card even if they waive my annual fee.

- VERY POOR customer care service. They are not helpful at lot.

- Payment made to clear my outstanding, even SMS received but the amount was not reflect in my account. Due to this reason, they said I have outstanding and can't proceed with cancellation. I call to their SC and they say only can check between 9am - 9pm. LOL

- Lousy mail communication. You have to keep creating new mail to communicate with them! There's no reply button!

Used to be the card that I use the most. 

Update:
Today I got SMS from SC, card cancelled. Not even a call from them.
Once the card that I like and use the most with the highest limit among all cards I have.
Bye bye SC, please improve your customer care services.

scb can cancel the card and no need pay sst if charged?? no usage after sst

The “cancellation request trick” used to work by having their card retention team called to offer a rebate of SST for X sweep within X weeks, but not sure about the condition now.

Just worried that SC straight away process and proceed with the card cancellation request without offering and retention candy

Anyone knows whether Shopee wallet top up still counts towards the Retail spending after they revised the terms in April 2025 ? It used to be counted as part of the RM 2.5k Retail spend. Simply cash card.
