My difference was they didn't ask me to drop them any messages, said it will be auto-credited once I spend 3x.
I notice every time I haven't spent and they already credited back to me.

These few days trying to login SC website via browser. Both Edge and Mozila, when click on the green login button on the website, no response, hence unable to login. Am i the only one facing this??

My Simple Cash cc kena unauthorised charges. From Facebook (MYR1600+1500) & Workfolio (USD0.01).

After using for so long and already memorized the card no, now have to change to new card.

Not at all. Less than RM 100 before the AF kicked in. laugh.gif
But I spend more now because Journey card is not too bad when it comes to dining spending.

The CS told me I need to spend at least RM500 for the last 3 months to get AF waiver.
I didn't know about this tip before.

According to SCB, 1st FB went through; 2nd FB & Workfolio declined. So have to file dispute for the first FB.

Again they only offer 50% waiver for annual fee.

At 1st they also offer me 50% I tell them my spend using the card is consistent so she help me appear 1 days settle......
While u cancel sure they will offer you if your spend is ok,

What is the contact number to get to the CS nowadays? 03-77118888 and 03-78496888 seem to be now on lost and stolen card, don't seem to have a way to "speak to customer service"

Create a service report on the app, but don't seem to be able to track it, there is nothing on the status/check status

Quite impossible nowadays. The best way is to cancel your card, then a human will call you.... which is why I actually cancelled and don't want to deal with this no-CS bank anymore.

Yeah, they're almost impossible to talk to over the phone or chat these days (unless you're a premier customer or whatever), unless you just thick face pick the emergency option.
