hmmm, when you guys say it is not ready for redemption, it mean rewards 360. But whether the cashback did indicate in your statement for your JOP?

Just chat with SC team for AF and ST waiver.

JOP - waived AF,
LFC -
1. ask me to redeem Jersey, i refuse
2. offer 50% AF waiver if i dont want jersey
3. offer full AF + ST waiver if apply cashout or BT.

I choose 2.

saw a lot of comments saying unable to reach CS? How do we request for credit card cancellation beside pressing the 'report lost or stolen card' during the call option? Browse through the website also do not have the option?

There is annual fee charges and it indicate 'card with outstanding balance not eligible for card cancellation'.

yes. no eligible card for fees waiver.
also already drop secure message to ask for waiver if not waiveable please direct cancel the card. Already 2 weeks still no reply.

if you still have pending cashback to receive, then you can pay the 50% first, stop using the card first and finish redeem all the cashback first. Then only cancel your card. Wait that time if retention team call you back, only you negotiate with them the things you want.

if no cashback, you can just clear all your outstanding (beside annual fee and call them to cancel card, let it due and see if retention team call you or they straight cancel the card.

I did the second last year.

Yes. I made payment yesterday and today. Both also didnt reflect in transaction history. Made me shock for a while. However, i didn check back for SMS/Email to ensure i have made the payment accurately and as a proof of received by SCB

I use the same method to request them grant for full waiver instead of 50%. However, today receive the 50% AF rebate adjustment. So it is RM125 for simpy cash and RM87.50 for Liverpool, technically no point continue to use the card. The hard earned cashback is just use it to offset the 50% AF. After two months, redeemed all the cashback, gonna cancel straight.
