just one and gold card cash back ar in. can redeem both alr.

may i know now scb has campaign swipe rm100 and has a draw?
any one get a good prize from the draw?
i swipe rm100 x24 times but only get rm5 once. anyone get the good thing than me?

SC statement date only limited choice? I called and they told me I can only choose 8, 16 or 18.

Want to confirm for Cashback gold card,

Is it mean if spend RM 1500 retail, i will get cashback RM 50 the following months?
Any shop also consider under retail?

1st month rm500+ no cash back until now
2nd month spent 2k with online purchase and tnb bill online ,now just received statement also show 0 cash back earn ,whats going on ?
I login rewards page still 0 cash back available…is this card not giving cash back for online purchase?

not sure why my justone CB only RM 72.. I calculated it should be RM 85 as I spend RM 567 on online+petrol+auto debit

attached is the screenshot. Also need to +RM200 for Jan 1 auto debit not shown in this month statement, so it is RM567+

RM72/0.15 = RM480. however add also can't get RM480

Hi everyone, i was charged for annual fee RM175 for my Cashback Platinum Mastercard, i just called customer service n they no more waiving annual fee strictly following the rule of annual spending 20k.
