No foreign currency was involved (no conversion fee). All settled in MYR and as per calculation it matches 1% crossborder fee.

Seriously though, currently there's not really many attractive SCB cards....

laugh.gif From 36k to 96k, that’s steep and crazy. Not that it matters to me but I still find it ridiculous to have such a revision, whoever thought of this must be trying to jeopardize SCB cc business. laugh.gif

guess they need hnwi customers instead. based on this revision, moving fwd only 96k income and above can hold SC credit card

r u referring to the new income requirement?

existing cardholder will continue to use the card until u cancelled it... or maybe they will not waive AF/ SST for cardholder that not meeting the income requirement moving fwd? just my wild guess...

I cancelled mine and they said will call. After a week, still no call and I checked the app suddenly can cancel already. Proceed with that and it's gone. I still dislike how they operate especially their always busy call centre. Even though I had to pay the SST before canceling but for me, it is easily the worst experience for me when it comes to CC.

But urs cancel = waive too?

Mine like 5 days later include over the weekend only called me.

Say I’m holding since 2013 so give me something like long term customer bla bla :haha:

I should have called earlier to cancel but I forgotten... and then came the SST. So I thought better to cancel first... but no news after 1 week. So check app again to see whether got status but saw app can cancel (which was grey out a week earlier), hence decided to cancel again. This time it cancel for real.
