Hi guys,im new to standardchart jop card.May i know if u guys are monthly top up RM2500 to bigpay or boost to get the max cashback per month?Any advise on how to earn max cashback please?

I only get Rm30 cashback for my JOP

Rm2150 - TNB app payment
Rm430 - Prudential payment using SCB app bill payment

Both consider as online category ?

Any reference for how the interest is charged? I just got charged RM56 interest because I paid the wrong bill amount (paid the June bill amount instead of July bill amount, difference about 180 ringgit). Interest charged on the whole bill amount, or unbilled on statement generation (15th August for me), or how? Also if I want to clear everything right now to avoid further interest charge, do I have to pay additional on top of outstanding balance?

Yes i did that at the ATM but no option to cash advance or credit or anything like that only got option of saving and current. Called customer service and they said got such options. Weird la

How can I find out the statement date?

Meaning that I only need to pay RM1655.65 before 28 and no interest will be charged on the current bill?

As for the total spending I checked my transaction the total amount is only about RM3,300 but based on the balance show is RM4100

They only allow certain dates for each cardholder. From the way I look at it, can only bring forward instead of later.

And see if you prefer due date 20th or after pay day.

Background: partial payment in Jan (for 31th Dec statement) with remaining rm2100 only paid 3 days after due. So does interest charged on the 3 days?

Additional spending of 6k over month of Jan which to be include in 31 Jan statement. Are these subjected to interest over the 3 days as well?

As mention the rm2100 cleared due date + 3 days, so m I consider free of interest now although Jan got new spending of 6k.
