oh gawd.. the time I install UniFi, I didn't install my HyppTv as I don't have a TV.

so the installer took my HyppTv and said will activate for me at his home/office.

I did received the activation email of HyppTv account, but he did not return my HyppTv modem.

I been calling him to return, but he said he didn't come around my area to work. rclxub.gif

Hypptv should be activated the same as internet....

in your case, should lodge a report with TM.... just to make sure you receive your HYPPTV box... 1 year contract of hypptv, you pay it you should have it...

if it is activated then likely tm will have records so most likely they will ask u to return as part of the requirement for termination.

so u may want to chase back the item asap.

30Mbps package is RM199(with GST RM210.94) a month since TM launch the package last year. Did you add on other Hypptv package?

Where are you going to use it? At home or at the office?
If at home, how many devices will be connected at 1 time?

If not more than 20 devices, just get the ASUS RT-AC88U. It's more than enough
The RT-AC5300 is over the top for home users. And most homes won't even utilize the tri-band on RT-AC5300. Dual-band on RT-AC88U should suffice

But if you still insist on getting the RT-AC5300, it is still a very good choice. It's a monster really thumbsup.gif

is it pro-rated? Unifi is pay before use, for example your UniFi start use on 25th Sept, next bills you pay is RM199+6% AND 25th until 30th Sept RMxx.xx
if you use at 1st Sept, your first bill could be 2x RM199+6% biggrin.gif unless you get one month free promotion when subscribe to UniFi which i get it two years + ago...

Multi-quote your posts.

Regarding your bill, you can easily check from online OCC UniFi.
First bill is usually higher because you are paying for current month and following month. UniFi is always advanced payment.
