the connection is intermitent,keep on connected and disconnected every few mins/hours since last saturday in serdang area. anyone face the same? already call tm and asked them to reset the port. still the same and then a technical report created.

i swap back the old dir-615 model and the internet works fine. might be my tp link issue now. but the dir-615 cant support 50mbps. only 15-20mbps. TM also did not give me a new one.

already lodge a report,they will come over to check. let them do the job.

my 50mbps only rm250 per month.have you sign any extra iptv channel?

by the way, the technician came my home and replaced the BTU unit. will monitor the connection tonight.hope its not my router issue.

i found out whenver i download large file/torrenting, my internet will go down for few seconds/minutes and it will reconnected back.this applies to cable and wifi. have tested the ping, if downloading large file, it will timed out every 10-15 minutes. when i stop the torrent, the connection become very stable and so do ping. anyone of you face the same or have this issue before? even the technician TM cant answer me and advise me the get the router changed. thanks
