can just ask personnel at tmpoint?
*
just call 100 directly and tell them

my warranty is out.
if i request for change how much you charge?
can you extend my contract if change for free?

guys, yesterday just upgraded to 30mbps from 10mbps.

but speedtest only get average 20mbps? i googled around and found similar problems about this.

so long story short, the only way to 'fix' it is by buying a new router?

mine is the tm provided orange/white dir-615 router, used since 2012...
*
since you just upgraded to 30mbps, means all your equipment gets 1 year warranty.
make an excuse for them to come and change your router to the new TP-Link Archer C5

It's true. ADSL is a 1998 technology and it has its limitation with a download speed maximum of 8 Mbps. So long for my 10 Mbps Streamyx hope next year..  sad.gif

ADSL2 can reach up to 12 mbps while ADSL2+ can reach 24mbps

Dont understand why TM need to limit it to 4/8.
other countries are providing around 16 mbps for cheaps instead of relying on fiber.
