That's mean you already have the OCC Unifi account. Now i remember, TM will send you an email regarding the MyUnifi account info to you when you successful subscribe to Unifi. If you cant find the email, then you can click on forgot your password to reset it.

my unifi 30mb which is rm199/month installed on 06/10...today received sms say oct bill 16/10 amt due rn248.85...

do you know how the calculation ?
thanks...
*
Bill received on 13th Oct, due date by 3rd Nov, stated amount rm242.90

No idea how they did the calculation for you but when I register mine, this is the cheapest packages available, it seems they can simply swap price for the packages so easy peasy

QUOTE(vez @ Oct 19 2016, 06:58 PM)
is it pro-rated? Unifi is pay before use, for example your UniFi start use on 25th Sept, next bills you pay is RM199+6% AND 25th until 30th Sept RMxx.xx
if you use at 1st Sept, your first bill could be 2x RM199+6% biggrin.gif unless you get one month free promotion when subscribe to UniFi which i get it two years + ago...
*
It is pro-rated they said, but kinda pissed me off since they said my packages is the cheapest (rm242.90) but then when I check on the website again today they changed the price(rm199) lol confused.gif

RM199 for 30Mbps is the cheapest package since last year when TM launch Unifi advance plan...30Mbps is always RM199 price without promo, with early bird promo is RM179.

Multi-quote your posts next time.

They may give you D-Link 850L or TP-Link Archer C5.

Where are you going to use it? At home or at the office?
If at home, how many devices will be connected at 1 time?

If not more than 20 devices, just get the ASUS RT-AC88U. It's more than enough
The RT-AC5300 is over the top for home users. And most homes won't even utilize the tri-band on RT-AC5300. Dual-band on RT-AC88U should suffice

But if you still insist on getting the RT-AC5300, it is still a very good choice. It's a monster really thumbsup.gif

Around 15+ at home.. Then I should get one, I want a monster!

Hmmm, probably it is an issue affecting my area only. Oh well.....
My unifi IPv6 seems to work intermittently while my streamyx IPv6 totally borked. Both got valid global IPv6 address.
