Just read this in their FAQ
To eligible in the improvement plan: 1) The customer must not have been given a free upgrade prior to the Budget 2017 announcement (those upgraded between May – September 2016) WTF???? So if I got free upgrade from 10MB to 30MB in between May-September 2016, I'm not eligible for this? |
