Yes. I think after 2017, more and more 100Mpbs users will complain. The only problem right now is that whether TM will entertain the complaints or not.

yeah i ask at the chat and facebook same answer i get. Customer banyak so have to wait for the sms to sampai to me.

100mbps maybe will get more additional package like hypptv or free iflix and others...depends on tm

if not, downgrade now and wait for next year....

Yes, i m talking about full package. Can we opt out the HyppTV?

Also, just called TM-100 to ask further on my case - VIP10. I was told my cable ( the fibre connecting to my house) cannot support 50mbps even if i got the free upgrade. So, i cannot enjoy the free upgrade due to "Technical and service availablity".  doh.gif

So, guys. Do make sure your cable can support up to 50mbps before you decide.  brows.gif

Just read this in their FAQ
To eligible in the improvement plan:
1) The customer must not have been given a free upgrade prior
to the Budget 2017 announcement (those upgraded between
May – September 2016)

WTF???? So if I got free upgrade from 10MB to 30MB in between May-September 2016, I'm not eligible for this?

I got free upgrade from VIP 20 to 50mbps last October and still eligible after verifying and checking with them via fb at everyone connects and as soon as I check with them, got SMS from there also. Best is to to check with them directly as their tnc is misleading. Just my 2 cents 😉
