Please advise if TM issue same router for 30mbps and 50mbps plan. Heard that 50 Mbps users get different router and 30mbps gets different too. Pls advise. |

Usually once you log a call with mcmc against TM unifi, how Long does it take for TM to contact you to sort your issue?

The fastest way to check on your free upgrade eligibility would be message them via fb at everyone connects and provide them your unifi number and account details and they will reply you instantly on your eligibility.
