All Unifi pro 100 users need to go lodge MCMC reports. Then bombard their twitter and FB.

Wtf do they mean by lowest price per megabit? Come 2017, 50mbps eligible for free upgrade to 100mbps will be paying much less than current 100mbps users. No matter how they put it, they make no shit sense either way. Already submitted my termination application for both my office and house biz pro lines. Penalty so what?

Is the unifi portal down? I change my email address and click update and sign out. I signed back in and my info still not changed. Do i have to wait until tomorrow?

You can change and wait but apparently it doesn't capture the changes and is of no use.

Just received a call from someone, I'm from VIP5 plan anyway.
The person told me free upgrade to 10mbps and the price will be RM139/month. But the point is the person told me, my unifi will be transfer to Maxis Home Fibre and with 2years contract. The weird point is that TM sub some user to Maxis? No idea. doh.gif
That mean my unifi number also will be terminated and Maxis will provide a new fixed line but pay as per use.
Anyone received this kind of call too?

I received this type of call also, claim to call from Maxis and mention is cooperate between maxis and TM, wan me upgrade from 20Mbs to 50Mbs with same price, when i ask further and just tell me need renew contract, i directly decline, even cheat me mention even TM free upgrade need to renew 2 years contract also... bruce.gif vmad.gif

Anyone know after the "free upgrade", will there be any extra charges few year later.

Because I heard from my friend, previously after they upgraded to the promo package, UNIFI officer told him the price will revert back to RM199.00 after 2 years.

It will not. The price will stay unless you change package. Based on previous experience. After paying more than a year for RM 179 for Advance 30, I'm confident I will pay this price until I give up on it or UniFi lowers down the price.

According to Budget 2017, speed doubled and price lowered.

You are not alone and I just messaged them on FB. Got me even angrier now when they replied this. At one glance, I was thinking if it's the same person who answered to my query via TM Chat because same answer.
"Hi xxx. Please note that the process will be done in phases as it involve more than 500,000 UniFi customers > bit.ly/2gY9QAl . We advise you to wait"

I replied and asked, wait until when? Why those users who registered later than me got email? Why didn't I get anything even a SMS? Straight quiet and no reply till now.
