I got TM Takeout email, just only but for Finding Dory movie on HyppTV.

wut no upgrade for unifi pro users....this is ridiculous. they should start thinking to offered 500mbps already. free tv channel is not enough tho. atleast cut the price down laaa.

They should at least cut you guys' pricing to be the same as current 50Mbps users.
Else they are digging their own grave for more MCMC complaints.

Yes, so smart to declare this in FAQ. Keep a copy of the FAQ well and you can actually start complaining now since it's already published. This is called unfair treatment.

ask fruitie what happened when we are the among the first to subscribe to the advance plan?
only to get screwed by new plan that is the same except rm20 cheaper

They are going to be screwed soon again if I am somehow not in the eligibility list. They need to be prepared with my long justification.

but i will rage hard if im a 100mbps and still paying 299 like a dumb person

yeah their digging their own grave if they keep doing like this. I have complaint a lot during my early unifi subscription. during 600 minutes free call they charge me also and now this....already collecting bullets.

i read you need to "request for upgrade". what does that mean?

They will send a sms/email/call and ask do you want to upgrade? Simply reply yes and they will upgrade.
Sometimes I wonder why this exercise? Who the hell will say NO to free upgrade

TM always treat existing loyal customer as water fish, I got another two streamyx account with 4Mbps rm140 per month. And few month ago, they introduced new package 8Mbps cost rm 140 monthly also. I complained to them but nothing change as well. The reason they gave me was only for new customers, existing customer cannot choose to upgrade it and offer me 8Mbps rm150. I straight told them if I accept it mean I am a fool. Really sick of their marketing.

if I subscribe a new plan after promotion period, what will be the price? currently working oversea, and will only come back for good early next year. still need some time to find an apartment for rent some more. used to subscribe for old package 2 years ago before I terminate and going oversea.

Chill first, pretty sure they are not that dumb to do the math and not lower the price of existing users. Plus the upgrade will start april-sep so still early for announcement.
